Kate Kelso is the founder of K. Kelso Law, an Orange County boutique law firm specializing in estate planning, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, business formation, mediation, special needs trusts, and asset protection planning. Our firm represents a variety of business, financial, institutional, and individual clients in a wide range of matters. We provide the best estate planning services, with an absolute dedication to offering accessible and affordable legal guidance to all.
Kate received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. As a South Florida native, Kate’s calm and personable demeanor is combined with a drive for professional excellence, powered by a passion for helping her clients. As Kate was previously a human rights attorney, she provides the utmost trustworthy and transparent legal services to all of her clients.
The genesis of the K. Kelso Law practice was Kate’s long-held goal to create a firm that is woman-founded, owned, and operated. She has thoughtfully crafted her team of intelligent, creative, and caring women, mentoring them as they start on their own road to practicing law. They work together to facilitate each one’s dream. As a team, K. Kelso Law also has a deep commitment to community outreach and volunteerism. It takes a village.
